The Good Line: Helpline - Ext. G-O-O-D (4663)
About Us
We are a student-run organization whose focus is improving the mental health of the Drew community. We are here to sort out any problems you or a friend might be dealing with. All calls are strictly confidential. The Good Line can also provide resources for specific needs. No problem is too big or too small. We are your professional sounding board and your professional listener.
All members of The Good Line staff are undergraduate Drew students trained by a professional from the Drew University's counseling center. The Good Line staff operators must attend weekly meetings throughout the semester. The meetings prepare The Good Line staff for a variety of situations that range from relationship issues to suicide. All Good Line operators must first be approved through a rigorous check-in process before they are allowed to attend the helpline. This ensures that all operators are able to adequately help you with any of your questions or issues.
