There are many ways you can get in contact with someone from The Good Line:
The Good Line Helpline
The first and most recommended method of contacting us is through The Good Line phone service itself. The on-campus extension of The Good Line spells G-O-O-D on your telephone keypad (dial 4663). For off-campus calls please dial 973 408 4663. The Good Line operates everyday (excluding winter/spring/summer break) from 5pm to 9am; however, someone might be available during off-service hours.
If you call during our operating hours and no one answers, please do not hesitate to call back within a few minutes. Although there is always someone on duty, it is possible that someone may be taking another Good Line call at that time or may have stepped out for a moment. This is especially true between 5pm to 6pm when operators are usually getting dinner.
If your needs are serious, please use The Good Line helpline first because it is the most direct and anonymous.
